Whirikoka and Oioi Performance

July 5th 2018 Makaraka school did a big amazing production but I'm going to talk about one part of the Amazing production The Whirikoka and Oioi performance that the year 5&6 did. I was involved in this it was a great opportunity for sure! We went to school every Sunday and sometimes at school on Fridays, to practice for the production. Adults started getting involved with it because they were making costumes and a cool thing is my Mum got involved as well she did the korowai. Then we had a famous artist named Linna Marsh who helped with the background we / The year 5&6 made stencils and that went into the background as well.But when the day came we all got nerves but we ended up being AMAZING!
